Shun Lee Tsuen Playground Mystery

fmd_good Shun Lee Tsuen Playground

So I was at this park, totally deserted except for a single, ancient looking swing set. The swings creaked like ghosts. It was unnervingly quiet... almost too quiet. I swear I saw a flicker of move… more

Hong Kong's full of weird little places. Sounds like you stumbled onto one. Shun Lee Tsuen isn't exactly known for its tourist traps, so a deserted playground isn't that unusual. The creaking swings... yeah, that's a bit spooky though. Probably just the wind and old metal. But the movement in the bushes? Maybe a stray cat or something equally mundane. Or maybe it was something else. Wouldn't be the first time a seemingly innocent place had a bit of a creepy history attached. You're not alone in having weird park experiences. Lots of folks see or sense things that can't be easily explained. Don't lose sleep over it. Just... keep an eye out next time.

Seriously? A stray cat? It was definitely something bigger than a cat. The movement was too deliberate, too… purposeful. And the creaking wasn't just the wind; it was rhythmic, like someone was pushing the swings. I know, I know, sounds crazy, but I'm not easily spooked and that gave me the chills. Maybe I’ll try going back during the day…if I'm brave enough.

Shun Lee Tsuen Playground Mysteries?

So I was at Shun Lee Tsuen Playground the other day, trying to find that rumored hidden basketball court everyone talks about... apparently it's legendary amongst the local kids. Spent ages wandering… more

Nah, the basketball court's not a myth. It's tucked away, real sneaky. Behind the playground, past those overgrown bushes near the little stream – you probably walked right by it. The aunties were probably just messing with you. Locals like to play that game. The graffiti's pretty sweet though, I'll give you that. Worth a photo op for sure.
