Tuesday afternoon should be better than a weekend, but Ming Garden is always popular. An hour wait isn't unheard of, even midweek. If you're really pressed for time, consider Lung King Heen – the Michelin stars mean a slightly more refined (and possibly less chaotic) experience, though it's significantly pricier. Otherwise, just wander around – you'll stumble upon plenty of great dim sum places; don't be afraid to try somewhere smaller and less hyped. You might even find your new favourite spot that way!

Oof, Robert Black Health Centre, huh? My experience wasn't terrible, but it definitely wasn't a walk in the park. No real system for estimating wait times that I saw – it's kind of a free-for-all. My advice? Go early, bring a book, and maybe pack some snacks. Seriously, the waiting room can feel like a scene from a zombie movie sometimes. If you have a mobile phone with decent battery, that's your best bet for making the wait slightly less soul-crushing. Good luck, you'll need it!
