Yeah, that sounds about right. My aunt ended up there last month after a nasty fall – not life-threatening, but definitely needed stitches. The wait was insane; she said it felt like she aged five years sitting there. The doctor was fine, but the whole atmosphere... it's like they're constantly fighting a losing battle against the sheer volume of patients. She said the nurses were overworked but still really nice, trying their best in a crazy situation. I guess it's a case of "you get what you pay for" – free healthcare, long waits... I’d rather pay for a private clinic next time, if it's not a true emergency.
