That's solid advice! I hadn't thought about the early bird thing, totally makes sense. And yeah, dodging the tourist traps is key. I'm usually pretty good at finding those hidden gems, but dim sum is a whole other beast. Thanks for the tips; I'll definitely try hitting some less-obvious spots this weekend.
