That's awesome advice! I totally agree about the locals thing – a packed place is always a good bet. I'm a sucker for dim sum, so the food court suggestion is perfect. Dai pai dongs sound amazing...I'll definitely be on the lookout for those. Thanks for the detailed tips! I'm gonna need a map and maybe a translator app, haha.
