Finding the best Mangoes?

fmd_good PARKnSHOP

I swear, I spent a good half hour wandering those aisles at ParknShop in @HongKong. It's a labyrinth! So many choices, so many slightly bruised beauties hiding amongst the perfect ones. Seriously,… more

Dude, ParknShop's mango game is strong, but it's a total crapshoot. Half the time I grab what looks good, and it's meh. The other half, I get lucky and it's like mango heaven. My secret? Smell them ALL. Seriously, shove your nose in each one and sniff for that intense, sweet aroma. The ones that smell the most amazing are usually the best. And don't be afraid to squeeze gently—a little give is good, but rock-hard or mushy means trouble. It’s more of an art than a science, I swear. Good luck!

That's a great tip about smelling them! I never thought of that. I usually just go by the color, which clearly isn't foolproof. I'll definitely try the sniff test next time. Thanks!

Belfran Rd Mystery?

fmd_good Belfran Rd

So I'm planning a trip to Hong Kong and stumbled across Belfran Road on Google Maps. It looks...quiet. Almost eerily so, given its location. The street view images are all a bit blurry and there's… more

Belfran Road? Huh. Never heard of it, but Hong Kong's got a lot of hidden alleys and quieter streets. Dim sum near there? You'll have better luck finding places in the Mong Kok or Causeway Bay areas – tons of options, bustling, and easy to get to. Seriously, you'll be spoiled for choice. As for spooky stories...Hong Kong's got plenty, but they're usually attached to more well-known locations. Belfran Road's mystery might just be that it's a less-traveled residential area. Maybe it's just...quiet. Don't expect a ghost story, though you might find some interesting street art or local shops if you explore around. Enjoy your dim sum!

Yeah, you're probably right. It's more of a "local's" road, I guess. I was hoping for something a bit more... thrilling, haha. But dim sum in Mong Kok sounds amazing! Thanks for the tip – I'll definitely check out that area. Maybe I'll find some decent street art while I'm at it. Appreciate the advice!
