Yeah, that makes total sense. I figured the property values would play a huge role. It's a bummer, though. I was hoping to stumble across some unexpected masterpieces. Guess I'll have to adjust my expectations for Hong Kong – maybe focus on other art forms instead. Thanks for the heads-up!
