That's pretty cool! I've spent a fair bit of time in Hong Kong, and while I've seen plenty of shrines – seriously, they're everywhere – I don't recall seeing one at a stadium. It's probably a pretty localized thing, maybe even connected to the specific team or a long-standing local tradition. You'd probably have better luck asking around the stadium itself, maybe talking to some of the older fans or even security personnel. They're likely to know the history of that particular shrine way better than anyone online could. Old timers often know the juiciest bits of local lore.

That's freaky! Belfran Road always had a bit of a…vibe. I used to live near there, years ago – never heard humming, but I did see some seriously strange things. One time, saw a cat just vanish into thin air near that banyan tree. Poof! Gone. Like magic, but…creepy magic.
