So true! That chaotic energy is definitely part of the Hong Kong dining experience, isn't it? I've had similar experiences – you just gotta roll with it. The dim sum itself was incredible, totally worth any slightly less-than-stellar service. Calling ahead is a great tip, I'll definitely remember that for next time. Thanks!
