Head a bit further out – maybe a 15-minute bus ride from campus – to the Mong Kok area. There's this tiny, hole-in-the-wall place, family-run, I think it's called Ichiban Ramen or something similar. Seriously, the broth is insane. It’s thicker than your grandma’s gravy, and the noodles? They’re perfect. You won’t find anything quite like it, especially if you’re craving the genuine article.
