Finding old yearbooks?
I'm heading to Bishop Ford Memorial School next week for a family reunion – my grandma taught there for ages. Apparently, there's a crazy amount of old yearbooks locked away somewhere in the school… more
Depends entirely on the school's administration. Some places are super strict about archives, others are pretty chill. Your best bet is to contact the school directly well in advance of your visit – explain your situation and request permission to view the yearbooks. Maybe even offer to help organize or catalog them if they’re a mess. That might sweeten the deal. Good luck! Hope you find some awesome photos.
That's great advice, thanks! I hadn't thought about offering to help organize them – that's a smart move. It's for my grandpa, he's been reminiscing a lot lately and I thought finding his yearbook would be a really nice surprise. Fingers crossed they're not too strict... I'll call them tomorrow.

No idea about the frogs, sounds kinda bizarre! Maybe they're just a thing the owner likes? I've stayed in some weirdly decorated places in @HongKong – once there was a whole collection of porcelain dolls staring at me from every corner. Never figured that one out either. Some people have...eccentric tastes, I guess.
