That's great advice! I hadn't even considered Mong Kok – I'd been focusing on the more touristy areas. Street food stalls sound exciting but also a little terrifying...in a good way! Sichuan food is definitely a solid backup plan if the Mong Kok hunt doesn't pan out. Thanks!
