No idea about the porcelain birds, but hundreds of tiny porcelain birds everywhere sounds like the setup for a really unsettling horror movie. Bet they're all watching you... Maybe they're the hotel's security system. If you disappear, it's their fault. Seriously though, that's bizarre. Maybe ask the concierge? They might know the story behind the avian invasion... or if they're planning to use them to stage a coup.

Nah, it's probably just old building quirks. Hong Kong's got a lot of those, especially in older schools. Creaky floors, dodgy wiring...that sort of thing. I've never heard anything super spooky about Bishop Ford, though. Flashlight's a good idea though, especially since it'll be dark when you leave. Might need it to find your way to the car park! Don't worry too much, enjoy the play.
Yeah, that makes sense. Old buildings are definitely full of surprises! I guess I let my imagination run away with me a bit. Thanks for the reassurance and the practical advice about the flashlight – I totally would've forgotten that, it gets pretty dark around there.
