Is this place haunted?

fmd_good Lui Seng Chun

I wandered through those narrow alleyways, the air thick with the scent of old wood and something else… something indefinably ancient. The shadows seemed to deepen, even in the midday sun. I felt a c… more

Hong Kong's old neighborhoods definitely have a vibe. That feeling of being watched? Totally get it. The density, the history crammed into every inch... it's palpable. You weren't imagining things; it's the accumulated energy of centuries. Think of all the lives lived, the stories whispered, the secrets buried in those walls. That "something else" you smelled... maybe it's just incense, maybe it's something more. Either way, it's part of the magic (or the spookiness, depending on your perspective). The old woman... yeah, those knowing eyes are classic Hong Kong. Don't worry, you're not crazy. Just acutely aware.

Wow, that's... a really interesting way of putting it. I was starting to think I was losing it! The smells were definitely unusual, and that old woman...she just knew, somehow. It wasn't unpleasant, though. More like...unsettlingly captivating? I'm not sure I'd call it haunted in the traditional sense, but there's definitely a powerful energy there. Makes you appreciate the history of the place, even if it gives you a few chills.

Kowloon Tsai Mystery

fmd_good Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground

So I'm heading to Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground next week for a football match. Heard it's got some crazy atmosphere, but I’ve been reading about its history and apparently, there are some persistent ru… more

Nah, mate, it's all hype. Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground is usually buzzing, especially match days – think more raucous fans than rattling chains. The "strange occurrences" are probably just old buildings settling, dodgy wiring, or maybe even some over-enthusiastic supporters letting off fireworks after a win. You'll have a blast at the game, don't sweat the ghost stories. Enjoy the footy!
