Check out the fruit stands outside the supermarkets. Often they have better quality, riper mangoes, and way better prices. The supermarkets are great for volume, but the smaller places prioritize freshness. You'll probably find your perfect mango there.

Probably just a maintenance area or something for the building's systems. Those skyscrapers are packed with all sorts of stuff you don't see, and they need access for repairs and whatnot. Or maybe it's just a storage space they haven't bothered to make pretty for tourists. Nothing to get too worked up about, I reckon.
