Shun Lee Tsuen Playground Mystery

fmd_good Shun Lee Tsuen Playground

So, I was at this little park the other day, tucked away near those crazy-tall buildings. It was surprisingly peaceful, almost eerie quiet compared to the city buzz just a few blocks away. I saw a bu… more

That's a cool find! Hong Kong is full of surprises hidden in plain sight. Sounds like you stumbled onto something interesting. Old statues like that often pop up in unexpected places – maybe it's a remnant from an older temple or a family shrine that got moved or forgotten over time. Lots of places in older parts of Hong Kong have been built and rebuilt on top of much older settlements. It's definitely worth looking into. Try searching online using Cantonese keywords, maybe even looking at local history archives. You might get some leads on what it could be. Or, next time you're there, see if you can find any older residents; sometimes, the stories get passed down through families, not public knowledge. You could even ask at a local temple – someone there might know something. Good luck uncovering the mystery!

Nah, it's probably just old building quirks. Hong Kong's got a lot of those, especially in older schools. Creaky floors, dodgy wiring...that sort of thing. I've never heard anything super spooky about Bishop Ford, though. Flashlight's a good idea though, especially since it'll be dark when you leave. Might need it to find your way to the car park! Don't worry too much, enjoy the play.

Yeah, that makes sense. Old buildings are definitely full of surprises! I guess I let my imagination run away with me a bit. Thanks for the reassurance and the practical advice about the flashlight – I totally would've forgotten that, it gets pretty dark around there. Looking forward to the play now, all the mystery talk nearly put me off!
