It's HUGE. Prepare to be overwhelmed. Think Costco on steroids, but instead of bulk toilet paper, it's mountains of dried seafood and mystery candies. You will get lost. Embrace it. Allow at least two hours, maybe more. Take lots of photos, make a list of what you want before going in, or you'll just buy everything. Finding the checkout is part of the adventure. Good luck.

Nah, no magic words, unfortunately. It's more about being a regular. Hit them up a few times, order a bunch of stuff, maybe chat with the staff (be friendly, not creepy!). They'll eventually start dropping hints about the off-menu stuff, or even just offer it up. Think of it like building a relationship – with delicious dim sum as the reward. Patience, my friend, patience... those pork belly buns are worth the wait!
