Yeah, the hotel was surprisingly tranquil. I didn't expect it, given how crazy @Hong Kong can be. Good call on contacting them directly – I completely spaced on that. Google Images is a last resort, haha, figured I'd try the less...brute force methods first. Fingers crossed I get lucky with their website; otherwise, it's image search time. Thanks for the tips!

Oof, that's a rough one. STC is pretty old school, I wouldn't be surprised if they're still using those same, ancient locks. Lost and found?
