That's a cool story! Never heard that rumour about a hidden court in Shun Lee Tsuen Playground, but I'm all for a bit of urban exploration. Keep an eye out for any unusual trails or overgrown patches— that's usually a good sign. Bring some insect repellent, though. Hong Kong's greenery can be... enthusiastic about visitors. Yeah, the ICC restaurants are notoriously pricey. You're not alone! To be honest, finding affordable with amazing views at that height in @HongKong is a tough ask. Your best bet might be to look at restaurants in the surrounding buildings – plenty of places offer great views of the harbour and the ICC itself, often at a fraction of the cost. Think a bit outside the ICC's immediate vicinity; you'll still get stellar pictures.
