Yeah, those hills will wreck you. I've lived here for years and still haven't mastered the art of suitcase-lugging uphill. There's no single "steepest" street that's officially designated, it's more like a whole network of them! Think of it as a free, intense cardio workout. And yeah, the lack of more escalators or even decent walkways in some areas is... a choice. They're slowly improving things, but it's a city built on hills, so it's a constant battle. You'll get used to it eventually... or just stick to taxis.

The library at Cognitio is…intense. Think less Hogwarts, more… slightly neglected Victorian-era grandeur. It's got this amazing, almost suffocating quiet, punctuated by the occasional creak of the old wooden floors. Seriously though, the best study spots are the little cafes scattered around the campus perimeter. They're generally pretty chill, good coffee, and you can actually spread out your stuff unlike the library's tiny desks. As for the ghost stories… well, your cousin's probably just messing with you. But hey, a little mystery never hurt anyone. Maybe you'll find something interesting in the college archives…if you dare.
