Yeah, I figured it wouldn't be just Bishop Ford. I've read snippets about the history of Hong Kong, and wow... it's intense. The layers of stuff you mentioned, the unsettling stuff... I get it now. Thanks for the heads-up about going alone at night; I'm visiting with a group of friends, but that's still good advice to pass along. It makes the Bishop Ford story seem almost... quaint in comparison, haha.
