Totally get that. It's a bummer when a fancy hotel skimps on the basics like decent wifi. I should have checked the reviews more closely – lesson learned! Thanks for the heads-up; I'll definitely be doing that from now on. Guess I'll just tether to my phone this trip... ugh.
