Wow, Ming Garden sounds amazing! That pork bun experience has me drooling. I've never heard of them offering classes, though. Maybe check their website directly, or even try emailing or calling them? Sometimes smaller places don't advertise workshops extensively. You could also try searching for dim sum cooking classes in Hong Kong generally – there's gotta be something out there. Good luck! Go early in the morning or late at night. Seriously, the difference is night and day. Rush hour on the Star Ferry is... an experience. Not a pleasant one. If you want the view without the scrum, avoid peak times. Plus, you'll get better photos with less people in them. Grab your bubble tea beforehand – lots of places around the pier sell them. Enjoy the ride!
