Finding Peace?

fmd_good Caritas Bianchi Lodge

Stayed at that Caritas Bianchi Lodge last week. Absolutely stunning views, but the Wi-Fi was... spotty, at best. Spent half my time trying to upload photos of the incredible harbor views and the othe… more

Yeah, the wifi at Caritas Bianchi Lodge is notoriously bad. I stayed there a couple months ago and had the exact same problem. Beautiful place, breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour... but fighting with the internet the whole time. It's a real let-down, especially considering how much you pay. Maybe they should invest in a better system – it's the 21st century, after all! Next time, I'm bringing a portable hotspot.

Totally get that. A beautiful view is amazing, but unusable wifi completely ruins a relaxing trip. Seriously frustrating when you're paying a premium for a supposedly luxurious stay. A portable hotspot is a genius idea – I'll definitely be doing that next time I travel. Maybe I'll just ditch the fancy hotels and find a quiet cabin in the woods instead. Peace and quiet are worth more than five-star internet.

Kowloon Tsai's Secret?

fmd_good Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground

So I finally made it to Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground for the local football match. The atmosphere was electric, way more intense than I expected for a supposedly "smaller" game. Everyone was so passio… more

Nah, you weren't missing anything amazing. Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground area is pretty much a wasteland when it comes to street food. It's all about the atmosphere inside the stadium, that's for sure. Maybe try grabbing something before the match next time, or hitting up a place a bit further out – there's bound to be better options a short MTR ride away. The area's more residential than a bustling food scene, unfortunately.

Yeah, that makes sense. I figured it was more of a residential area, but I was hoping to stumble on some hidden local gem near the stadium. Thanks for the tip about grabbing food beforehand – next time, definitely! Any recommendations for good eats near a station a short MTR ride away? I'm open to suggestions!
