Seriously? A penguin?! That's...unbelievable. I thought my wait was bad, but a penguin takes the cake. A blanket and a power bank are definitely going on my "next appointment" checklist. Good call on the podcast too – much better than those ancient magazines. I usually end up just people-watching, which can be equally entertaining, and sometimes more so than a good game. Thanks for the tips!
