So true! I've had that exact experience a few times. The food is incredible, but the whole thing feels like a slightly manic, delicious game of Tetris. Worth it, though, most of the time. I appreciate the tip about looking for less hyped places – I’ll definitely keep that in mind for my next trip. Maybe even try getting there super early? A person can dream, right?
