That's super helpful, thanks! I hadn't realized there were so many different certifications. I usually just grab whatever's on sale, which obviously isn't the best approach for this. I'll definitely keep an eye out for the Fairtrade label – the green and blue sounds memorable enough. Maybe I'll even try a local roaster; I bet they'd be more transparent about their sourcing.
