That's a really good point! I hadn't thought of rooftop bars. The sterile museum comparison is spot on. It was all so...perfect, it felt lifeless. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll definitely look into that for my next visit. Maybe somewhere in @Manhattan, lots of rooftop bars there, I think.
