Good to know! Thanks for the heads-up on Ming Garden – legendary dumplings but a gamble on service, that's helpful context. I appreciate the Tim Ho Wan recommendation; sounds like a better bet for a smoother experience. Bustier but faster turnover... I can deal with that. I'm not looking for a white-tablecloth experience, just delicious dim sum.
