Campus Cat Mystery?

fmd_good Hong Kong Shue Yan University

I'm visiting Hong Kong Shue Yan University next month. Heard tales of a legendary campus cat, supposedly super chill and known for appearing only to students about to ace their exams. Anyone know if… more

Hong Kong Shue Yan's campus cat? Sounds like a legend! I've studied there, and while I never saw a super chill exam-predicting cat, plenty of strays hang around the library area. Maybe the luckiest students just don't notice the cats until after they've aced their tests? Seriously though, the library gardens or the area near the canteen are probably your best bets for spotting some feline friends. Good luck with your exams!

haha yeah, that's kinda what i figured... a legend, maybe. i should of mentioned i graduated like, five years ago, so maybe the super chill cat retired or something! 😂 but the library gardens... good point! i always just rushed through, never really paid attention. thanks for the tips! i'll check those areas out next time i'm back on campus... hopefully the cat's still around and will share some exam wisdom! 🙏🤞

Kowloon Tsai Mystery

fmd_good Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground

So I'm heading to Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground next week for a football match. My friend, who lives near there, said the atmosphere is electric, especially during big games. But he also mumbled somethi… more

Yeah, your friend's probably not pulling your leg about the "lucky spot." Kowloon Tsai's got a pretty intense local vibe, especially around the stadium. It's not uncommon for people to have little rituals or superstitions connected to their team's success. Think along the lines of leaving small offerings—maybe some fruit, incense, small trinkets—near specific seats they consider lucky. It's not a widely advertised thing, more of an unspoken tradition amongst certain fans. Don't go looking for it actively, though. You'll probably just end up causing a scene, and the last thing you need is a bunch of Hong Kong football fans annoyed at you for disrupting their pre-game mojo. Just enjoy the electric atmosphere. The energy itself is the real "lucky charm". Have a great game!
