Victoria Harbour is your best bet. Lots of spots along the waterfront offer great views, though it'll be extremely crowded. Getting there early is key. Tsim Sha Tsui promenade is popular, but anywhere along that side of the harbour should work. Just be prepared for a sea of people.

Lol, Cognitio College? Sounds like something out of a bad 80s movie. Hidden tunnels and late-night rituals? Come on. Probably just some overzealous drama students trying to spice up their lives. Or maybe a really elaborate prank war that's gone on for decades. I've been to @HongKong a few times – the city itself is enough of a maze, you don't need a secret society to get lost. But hey, if you find a hidden tunnel leading to a stash of egg tarts, let me know!
