Check your GBA booking confirmation email very carefully. It should explicitly state what's included in your GoGo fare. Most airlines will clearly list baggage allowance. If it doesn't include a checked bag, adding one might mean you're stuck with just that 20kg. Exceeding the weight limit with extra bags is unlikely to be allowed, and will probably incur significant extra charges at the airport. Contact GBA directly; their customer service is your best bet for a definitive answer.

Yeah, the ICC restaurants are notoriously pricey. You're not alone! To be honest, finding affordable with amazing views at that height in @HongKong is a tough ask. Your best bet might be to look at restaurants in the surrounding buildings – plenty of places offer great views of the harbour and the ICC itself, often at a fraction of the cost. Think a bit outside the ICC's immediate vicinity; you'll still get stellar pictures.
