Hit up the backstreets off Hollywood Road. There are some killer little dai pai dongs tucked away – you'll find them more easily after dark, honestly. Forget the main drags, wander down the side streets – that's where the real action is. Also, check out the smaller, less flashy temples; they’re usually buzzing with locals, especially on weekends. And trust me, the views from those quieter spots are often even better than the ones from the manicured gardens. You'll stumble upon some seriously cool hole-in-the-wall places that way. Good luck!
