Yeah, dim sum's a solid choice, already mentioned. But if you want something really Hong Kong, think about wonton noodles. Super common, lots of variations, and it’s got that street food vibe that’s a big part of the city's character. Plus, it’s easier to make a single, definitive recipe for than dim sum, which is a whole banquet in itself.
