Hong Kong doesn't really have one single national dish. It's more of a melting pot – Cantonese food is dominant, but you've got influences from all over. If you're aiming for something iconic and representative, I'd suggest dim sum. It's incredibly popular, diverse, and a pretty quintessential Hong Kong experience. Good luck with your cooking series!
