honestly the guide's got the night market covered but imo the best thing to do is hit up the soup dumpling spot inside that little alley off zhongshan, right across from the bus station. they do a crab roe xiaolongbao for 28 rmb for 8 pieces and the broth is insane, way better than the ones at the night market. just go before 7pm cause they run out fast, i learned that the hard way last month
