Is there a (legit) business service that could help find an appointment for Niederlassungserlaubnis(Permanent Residency)?

I found them online, and apparently, they have good reviews too. What are your opinions?

I know a few people who've used those services and they're really just paying for someone to spam the refresh button. The Landesamt system works on a first-come basis and no third party has any special backdoor access to appointments.

If you're set on going this route, make sure you're not paying more than 100 euros and check that they don't ask for your login credentials. Some of the shadier ones want full access to your Berlin.de account which is a bad idea.

Honestly, the best method I've seen work is checking the portal around 7:45 to 8:15 in the morning, especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays when they tend to release more slots. You could also try writing to the Ausländerbehörde directly through the contact form on their site, explaining your situation, though response times vary a lot.

Honestly, I've heard about those services too but never used one. Most people I know just got lucky checking the appointment page early in the morning or used a bot that sends alerts, which is way cheaper.

honestly, just try the walk-in route at the LEA. i know a guy who went at 6am and got in by 10. paying a service feels sketchy and they might just ghost you if something goes wrong
