Your S-Bahn and U-Bahn should run on their regular schedule, so the U1 from Warschauer to Kottbusser Tor then the U7 to Fehrbelliner Platz, switching to the S9 out to Pichelsberg should work fine. I'd still leave 30 minutes earlier than usual just in case a bus line near a protest gets weird, but you'll make it.

yeah the farmers are blocking specific spots, not the trains. your S-Bahn from warschauer to pichelsberg should be fine, that's the S3 or S9 and those run on elevated tracks away from road blockades. the real mess will be on the heerstrasse and near the avus if they block the autobahn entrances, so if your meeting's near pichelsberg, you might have trouble walking from the station if the side streets are clogged with tractors. check the bvg app around 6am, and maybe leave at 7 instead of 7.30 just to have time to walk if the s-bahn gets delayed by some protest spillover

yeah the farmers are just blocking roads with tractors, not trains. your s-bahn and u-bahn should be fine but some bus lines near the protests might get rerouted. i'd stick to the ubahn from warschauer to kurfürstendamm and then the s3 or s9 to pichelsberg, that route avoids most of the highway exits they're targeting. leave 30 mins early anyway just in case

i'd say skip the big names and look at studiowest in prenzlauer berg, they do amazing japanese style but the waitlist is like 6 months. if u want something quicker, the artists at bitterlich tattoo in mitte are super underrated, especially for fine line. and honestly, walk past the instagram hype, go to a shop in person and ask to see their portfolio book, that's where the real stuff is.

The Berlin tattoo scene is pretty spread out, so it depends on what style you're after. One thing nobody's mentioned yet is the tattoo convention at Arena Berlin, usually in early summer. It's a good way to see a bunch of styles in one afternoon and talk to artists face to face without committing to a shop. I found my guy there three years ago, he works out of a tiny studio near Boxhagener Platz and does amazing neo-traditional, but he rarely posts on Instagram so you'd never discover him otherwise. Bring cash if you go, a lot of the booths only take that on the day.
