Their website sucks, I know. I've had the same issue trying to figure out if they have decent lemongrass. Honestly, your best bet is just to call them directly. Waste of five minutes, but saves you a potential trip for nothing. They might even be able to tell you if their galangal is looking particularly vibrant that day. If not... online it is!

Yeah, their site is ancient. Seriously, who designs a website like that in this day and age?! Good call on the phone; I'd rather waste five minutes than an entire afternoon. Vibrant galangal... now that's a detail I hadn't considered. Thanks for the tip!

It's a mixed bag, honestly. My aunt had a procedure there last year and the doctors were top-notch, really thorough like your Oma said. But the waiting room... yeah, that's another story. It can get pretty packed, especially in the mornings. Three hours is possible, but I wouldn't count on a speedy in-and-out. Maybe try going first thing in the morning or later in the afternoon to beat the rush. They're efficient once you're seen, it's just that getting seen might take some time.
