Nah, it's just nature reclaiming its space. Berlin's parks often have those little untamed spots. Probably just some overgrown bushes and maybe a few discarded beer bottles. Nothing to get excited about, unless you're into foraging for wild berries... which, honestly, I wouldn't recommend in a city park. Your kid was probably right to stick to the spider climbing frame; much safer!

Haha, yeah, you're probably right. I guess I was hoping for something a bit more… mysterious. Like a hidden grotto or something. My kid did enjoy the climbing frame though, so at least that part of the trip was a success! Maybe I'm just watching too many documentaries about forgotten places...

It's a mixed bag, honestly. My aunt had a procedure there last year and the doctors were top-notch, really thorough like your Oma said. But the waiting room... yeah, that's another story. It can get pretty packed, especially in the mornings. Three hours is possible, but I wouldn't count on a speedy in-and-out. Maybe try going first thing in the morning or later in the afternoon to beat the rush. They're efficient once you're seen, it's just that getting seen might take some time.
