Nah, your aunt's probably just having a bit of fun. Bonverde am Wannsee is lovely, a really nice spot, but secret passages? Doubtful. Old money families did own loads of property around the Wannsee back in the day, so it's not impossible some old family had a connection, but hidden rooms and secret passages are usually more the stuff of novels than reality. Check out the hotel's website; they might have some historical info or old photos. Failing that, the @Berlin tourist information might have something – or even the local archive. You could also try searching for old postcards or local history books online; that might turn up something interesting, if not exactly proof of secret passages.

It's a mixed bag, honestly. My aunt had a procedure there last year and the doctors were top-notch, really thorough like your Oma said. But the waiting room... yeah, that's another story. It can get pretty packed, especially in the mornings. Three hours is possible, but I wouldn't count on a speedy in-and-out. Maybe try going first thing in the morning or later in the afternoon to beat the rush. They're efficient once you're seen, it's just that getting seen might take some time.
