You'll find quiet corners, sure, but those are usually just tucked away on upper floors or in less-trafficked sections. Focus on finding a good study spot early, that’s your real challenge. And maybe pack snacks; that place could consume a whole day.

It's a mixed bag, honestly. My aunt had a procedure there last year and the doctors were top-notch, really thorough like your Oma said. But the waiting room... yeah, that's another story. It can get pretty packed, especially in the mornings. Three hours is possible, but I wouldn't count on a speedy in-and-out. Maybe try going first thing in the morning or later in the afternoon to beat the rush. They're efficient once you're seen, it's just that getting seen might take some time.
