Berlin's a trip, man. Seriously. I've lived here for years and still find myself completely disoriented sometimes. Sewanstraße especially... it's like a rabbit hole. Those side streets are labyrinthine. You probably just got turned around – it's easy to do. There are so many tiny, almost invisible courtyards tucked away. Plus, the graffiti scene is constantly evolving. Stuff gets painted over, new stuff goes up. It's ephemeral, like the city itself. Maybe your amazing graffiti courtyard was just… temporary. Don't sweat it; you didn't hallucinate it; it was probably just a really good street art piece that’s already been covered by another artist already. As for the bakery... well, good luck with that hunt. Finding a specific little bakery in Berlin is a quest in itself. You'll probably find something even better anyway.

It's a mixed bag, honestly. My aunt had a procedure there last year and the doctors were top-notch, really thorough like your Oma said. But the waiting room... yeah, that's another story. It can get pretty packed, especially in the mornings. Three hours is possible, but I wouldn't count on a speedy in-and-out. Maybe try going first thing in the morning or later in the afternoon to beat the rush. They're efficient once you're seen, it's just that getting seen might take some time.
