Nah, no secret bar. Just a really nice hotel. Spent a week there last year for a conference. Beautiful grounds, great views, but nothing hidden. Maybe the "whispers" are just wishful thinking. Plenty of bars around the Wannsee though, if that's what you're after. You'll find some gems near the S-Bahn station.
