Forget the walking tours, honestly. They hit all the obvious spots. To really get Kreuzberg's street art scene, you gotta wander. Start around Oranienstraße – it's a good jumping-off point. Then just get lost. Seriously. Explore the side streets, the little alleyways. You'll stumble on stuff you'd never see otherwise. Check out the area around Görlitzer Park, too; it's a bit more raw and less polished than the usual tourist traps. And vintage shops? Yeah, there are some gems. You’ll find them scattered everywhere, but especially around Wrangelstraße and the surrounding blocks. Don’t be afraid to poke your head into places that look a little…unassuming. Some of the best stuff is hidden away. One more thing: Grab a Currywurst. It's not street art, but it's quintessential Kreuzberg. You’ll need the fuel.

It's a mixed bag, honestly. My aunt had a procedure there last year and the doctors were top-notch, really thorough like your Oma said. But the waiting room... yeah, that's another story. It can get pretty packed, especially in the mornings. Three hours is possible, but I wouldn't count on a speedy in-and-out. Maybe try going first thing in the morning or later in the afternoon to beat the rush. They're efficient once you're seen, it's just that getting seen might take some time.
