Haha, yeah, a rollercoaster is a pretty good way to put it! I think I get what you mean about the shiso being aggressive. I'm usually pretty adventurous with food, but that sounds… intense. I might try one of their milder broths next time, definitely. Thanks for the tip! Maybe I am a shiso wimp. Who knew such a little leaf could pack such a punch?
