Yeah, Küche Bar is amazing for drinks, but the noise level is definitely a known issue. I've never heard of them having quieter nights, unfortunately. Maybe try going on a weeknight? Or, if you’re desperate to go back, snag a seat at the bar – sometimes it’s a bit less chaotic there. Otherwise, earplugs might be your best friend! Seriously though, those cocktails are worth the potential hearing damage…almost.
Lost Luggage at Good Morning+

That's awful! Lost luggage is the absolute worst. I've never stayed at a Good Morning+ myself, but I've heard mixed reviews about some of their locations, mostly revolving around inconsistencies in service and cleanliness. It sounds like you got the friendly staff part, at least. Have you tried contacting Good Morning+ corporate directly? Sometimes going above the individual hotel's management can speed things up, especially with something like a lost luggage claim. Filing a report is the right first step, of course, but escalating it might be worth a shot. Good luck getting your stuff back!
Thanks! Yeah, it's a nightmare. I did file a report with the hotel, and the staff were lovely, which makes the whole thing even more frustrating. I'll definitely try contacting Good Morning+ corporate – hadn't thought of that. Fingers crossed they can help. It's mostly clothes, thankfully, but there are some irreplaceable things in there... Ugh.
