Yeah, it's a total nightmare. Thanks for the advice! I did file a report with the hotel – surprisingly straightforward, thankfully. The airline… not so much. They gave me the runaround, a vague “we’ll look into it” and a claim number that feels more like a participation trophy than anything else. The 24-48 hour thing is a joke; it's been almost 72 now. I'm seriously considering buying some actual clothes – maybe not sweatpants, but I'm also not about to break the bank. My friends are gonna be SO amused if I show up in a full-on tourist-trap outfit.
