I feel you! Shisomen is a total culinary black hole, menu-wise. I've been there a few times and always just wing it. My best bet is to try contacting them directly – maybe their website (if they have one) has an English version tucked away somewhere or they’re responsive on social media. If not, maybe a food blogger specializing in Berlin ramen might've covered them and have a menu shot? Worth a shot, anyway! Good luck recreating that deliciousness.

I've never heard of anything like that myself, though I've spent a fair bit of time in the area. Maybe try reaching out to the hotel directly? Their archives might have something.
