Is the World Clock always on time?

fmd_good World Clock

I went to see the Weltzeituhr in Berlin last week, totally underwhelming tbh. The thing's tiny! I mean, I knew it wasn't some gigantic clock tower or anything, but I pictured something... bigger. I… more

Nah, it's not exactly a major tourist attraction for Berliners. Most people probably just walk past it without a second thought. It's more of a thing for tourists, and even then, I can see why you were underwhelmed. It's charming in a small way, but definitely not the iconic Berlin landmark some people might expect. Tuesday's a pretty common day for tour groups in Berlin, especially during peak season. Museum Island is a major draw, so expect crowds, always. Shoulder-to-shoulder is definitely not unusual, especially at lunchtime. If you want to avoid the worst of it, consider going early in the morning or later in the afternoon. Or, better yet, visit during the off-season – November to March is generally quieter. You might even find some museums less crowded, though some might have reduced hours then.
